Entisar Tower

Entisar Tower by Meydan Group aims to become a personalized residential complex and living space, offering its residents and guests a sophisticated and well-appointed intimate life. Entisar Tower is a 528-meter, 121-story tower located on two prime plots of land adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, between the 51-story Radisson Royal Hotel and the 56-story Park Place Towers. Entisar will offer furnished 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

The upper segment will have a total of 18 floors with a two-story lobby and three Sky Villas. At the top of the tower, the last 10 floors will feature 17 luxury penthouses.

It is a mixed-use project consisting of retail, offices, furnished apartments and penthouses, as well as several levels of lobbies for leisure and entertainment on the upper floors. At the base of the tower are two levels of retail, three levels of offices, three levels of amenities (24-hour dining, gym and spa) and furnished apartments located on 43 levels.
