THE ONE AT JVC

The One at Jumeirah Village Circle is a striking 40-story, 496-room tower hotel in the heart of New Dubai, the debut of The First Group.  This hotel is also classified as a 4-star (mid-range). The One at Jumeirah Village Circle will be managed by the Ramada Plaza brand, part of Wyndham Hotel Group.

First Group's The One at Jumeirah Village Circle is under construction. The One has already won two major and significant awards. The hotel was named Hotel of the Future for its unique identity at the Design Awards, and won the award for its facilities and Hospitality Project of the Year at the prestigious Middle East Architect Awards.

The One at JVC was praised by decision makers for its inventive plan that puts visitors at the center of the hotel's grand name. These awards make The One at JVC one of the most acclaimed among the most exciting hotels in existence in Dubai.

The One at JVC is the fourth project being built this year by First Group Developers. The developer's other hospitality projects include Wyndham Dubai Marina, Sky Central Hotel, Metro Central Hotel Apartments, Grand Central Hotel Apartments and First Central Hotel Apartments, all in Barsha.
